How to Connect mySMTP with Mumara (SMTP Configuration Guide)

Follow these steps to integrate your mySMTP account into Mumara and send email campaigns securely via port 587 and TLS encryption.

✅ Step 1: Log in to Mumara

  1. Open your Mumara admin panel.
  2. Go to Settings > SMTP Management > SMTP Servers.

🛠 Step 2: Add or Edit SMTP Server

  • If you're adding a new server, click Add New Server.
  • If you're updating an existing one, click Edit next to your mySMTP server entry.

✍️ Step 3: Fill in the SMTP Details

Fill in the form with the following SMTP settings:

Server Host smtp.mysmtp.com
Server Type SMTP
Server Port 587
Server Secure TLS
Username Your full mySMTP username
Password Your mySMTP password

🔍 Step 4: Test the Connection

  1. Click Test SMTP Connection.
  2. Ensure the response is Successful.
  3. If it works, click Save or Update SMTP.
